Outstanding 5 Star Service

Just received my TV purchase today (Tuesday) having ordered on Saturday. Simply wonderful service including confirmatory emails as to purchase and delivery dispatch and arrival. Bespoke delivery too by Multizone with a call from the driver telling me the exact time of delivery. I have simply never come across a firm like this before who act in a model way that others should strive to copy. Totally pleased, totally amazed! Thanks so much.

Such great service

I have nothing but positive things to say about MultizoneAV. Having had a few weeks of troubles trying to buy a particular model of TV online, and having various retailers tell me it was in stock, take payments and then inform me it wasn't in stock and be very unhelpful, I stumbled across MultizoneAV. From start to finish they were most helpful, and when I explained that I knew what I want, they went out of their way to get hold of it for me. I would certainly reccomend them to everyone and will definitely use them in the future, can't talk highly enough!

Excellent value and service!

I phoned the company to discuss my plan to upgrade my TV and audio system. The customer service I received was first class, giving me plenty of options but listening to my needs and budget to give honest and clear advice. I ordered the equipment which arrived on the day stated. One item was damaged but this was the fault of the courier service. I needed some technical help when setting up and I was very pleased with the intelligent and patient responses to my questions. I shall definitely make this company my first port of call for future purchases!

I have just purchased a Sony 55 in led from Multizone and found the salesmam Babul to be very knowledge able and extremely helpful.After an initial mix-up they pulled out all the stops to make me happy and i am very greatful for the first class service he provided.If only more salesmen were as helpful as him the buying experience would be so much easier.I can recommend Multizone to all.

The service of this company is beyond all of its kind and is a comforting thought when in this recession were companies are running thin and lean to be able to make a fast buck,but this company keeps its eye on the ball and never looks for short cuts.There products speak for themselves only the highest of named products deal with them and this is testament to a company that will survive and hold on to its massive customer base.I like me many tried this company for the first time and was shocked at the quality of service,within 15 mins of placing my order on line the company phoned to acknowledge the order and they assured me they would follow the sale through to the end and keep me informed,which the did.The Samsung UE46D7000 TV & Samsung BDD5500 Blu-ray Player arrived as promised in perfect state and on the day they stated.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Just thought to express my experience with all the online shoppers about the service i had from multizone i am little bit picky when it comes to spend my money. Well i have made my mind up to buy a led tv have spent 3 weeks just to decide what to buy brows all the internet visited few retail store and come across with these guys at the end purely of their service, i have called them and spoken to one of the sales guys who was very helpfull on the phone order placed agreed Saturday delivery on Friday and goods deliver just before 1pm on Saturday. Will use them for my feature purchase and defiantly recommend to all the online shoppers again all the credit goes to multizoneav....

At least as good as the big electrical retailers.

I recently bought a television from Multizone AV. I chose Multizone because they had the exact model I wanted in stock (very few retailers did), and offered Saturday shipping.

The entire process was very smooth from ordering online to final delivery. The company both phoning and emailing me to confirm delivery date, which as promised was on a Saturday.

Very happy with the efficiency of the company, and I will certainly consider buying from them again.

good customer service in a way!

My Yamaha amp was delivered very promptly but not the colour I ordered. However they realised they had sent the wrong one & contacted me immediately. I was       unavailable   the next day so the correct amp was delivered & the other taken away the following morning, thanks to City-Link. I notice they still charged me for "Next Day Delivery"!

First class service

Having searched the internet for a Sony home theatre kit, I decided to buy from Multizone. They offered the best price and delivery was free. I placed the order on a  thursday    and it was delivered the following day, and that was during the heavy snow we had last year.
Brilliant service all round.

Fast, Cheap and Efficient!!!

Never heard of this company I saw the price of the Bluray player and thought i'd give them ago.
Other than a £10 admin fee to send the thing to a different address it was all pretty painless. Ordered Sunday and it was here for Wednesday! I have read some quite bad reviews in terms of customer service for this company since ordering my item but I never had a single problem.
If I were you I'd give them ago!

Excellent Service, Fast Delivery

I purchased this to add to my setup of an Eltax DVD Recorder and a Humax PVR on a Sony TV.
Having researched on Which & Amazon carefully, chose the DMR-EX83EB-K. Amazon customer reviews where more helpful as Which is usually out of date with the latest / currently available models.
NOTE don’t buy anything that may need service from Price Drop, the manufactures had gone into liquidation & Price Drop didn’t want to know when the machine went faulty.
I ordered the EX83 from Amazon using their ‘Super Saver’ delivery via ‘Home Delivery Network Limited’ (HDNL) 01/10/10 and was given a delivery date of 05/10/10.
The whole thing was a disaster; I tracked the parcel going back & forward between depots, made several telephone calls & could only talk to a real person at Amazon after delivery completely failed. Amazon ensures you can’t talk to anyone except as a last resort.
I purchased the Panasonic DMR-EX83EB-K from Multizone Audio Visual (multizoneav.com), talking to a real person (Heather) who was very knowable and gave lots of advice. It was slightly cheaper than Amazons new price & delivery was quick & efficient via City Link.

I picked up your details from Amazon. I ordered PM Wed. 28th July, order received PM Fri. 30th July.

This was  my first order  with Multizone & service was first class all through, Thank you Heather. I have unpacked the TV & Blueray Theatre, all items are OK still to connect up, but I am sure that all will be well. I may decide at a later stage to purchase the wireless kit SH- FX71, will visit your site to check pricing which I am sure will be competitive.

I have been looking around for this Sony dcrsx30es camcorder, I phoned Multizoneav.com on monday, they were very helpful with explaining the spec of the camera and delivered it to me today as promissed, would recommend them.

I called before ordering my blu ray and amp to see what cables I would need. The sales guy recommended a HD lead and was able to save me a foutune with 2 of these in a package. Cheers!

The prices are excellent and include delivery. I was however offered an 'express' devivery which allowed me to have my sound system the very next day. It was a reasonable price too.
I ordered yesterday and have my system setup now.
Multizone are cheaper and quicker than going to the shops.

Dear Multizone,

Just a short note to commend you on an excellent service. I purchased on-line a Samsung television and AV stand on Sunday 15th November. I received a phone call on the Monday to confirm the details, an e-mail (below) to advise dispatch and the courier delivered on Friday 20th November.

The TV and stand were set up over the weekend and we have had an excellent first week of use. From the moment we switched on we have been blown away by the fantastic picture and we have not even tried a full HD source yet.

Anyway, thank you for an excellent service and I shall certainly be checking your website regularly as we now contemplate adding a home cinema and BluRay capability in the near future.
