A: We also have a high street presence and with our experience of dealing direct with manufacturers and buying bulk, means that we can offer extremely competitive prices too, especially online. Having grown from a small familly run company, we are focused on providing the professional, knowledgeable customer service that we know customers expect.

Q: How can I pay for my goods?

A: We accept all major credit cards, can offer finance packages and can accept payment by cheque or postal order. Again, simply ask our sales staff or send us an email for more information.

Q: When will my goods be delivered?

Q: What if I live outside the UK?

A: Sorry, but we do not deliver outside of the UK.

Q: What about guarantees and back-up service?

A: All products come with the standard 1 year manufacturers' warranty and we provide a full back-up service in the unfortunate event of anything going wrong. In the event of a fault please contact our Service Department on 0870 750 1430.

Q: I want peace of mind with my purchase, can I buy extended warranty protection on my product purchased from you?

A: Of course, we offer 3 and 5 Years Extended Warranty Cover backed by Domestic and General Insurance. Many of our customers purchase this for extra peace of mind. A: The basic details we collect when you register on the site are used simply to form a member profile to make repeat purchasing quick and efficient, keep a history of what you have purchased and allow you to track your orders, from payment to delivery.
